Call for Expressions of Interest
Mapping of Emerging Technologies to Advance Inclusive Sustainable Development in Asia and Latin America (META)
The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) Canada has been supporting the African Technology Policies Studies Network (ATPS) in the implementation of its projects. A Grant was approved in 2025 to implement a project tagged “Mapping Emerging Technologies to Advance Inclusive Sustainable Development in Africa, Asia, and Latin America: A Case for Further Interventions (META)”. ATPS wishes to invite partners or consultants from Asia and Latin America to collaborate on the project’s implementation in the said regions; hence, this Call for Expressions of Interest.
How to Apply
Eligibility criteria: Interested organizations/ consultant should read the Terms of Reference (ToRs) carefully before submitting their Expression of Interest (EOI) to ensure they are in line with the required criteria. The organizations may obtain further information and clarifications by sending inquiries to executivedirector@atpsnet.org

The EoIs must be submitted to procurement@atpsnet.org with a copy to executivedirector@atpsnet.org by 11:59 p.m. (EAT) on Friday, 26th September 2025. The subject of the email should be “Expression of Interest-META Project-Asia-Latin America”.
