The Administrative Board Committee is chaired by the overall Chair of the ATPS Board of Governors. It provides continuous strategic direction for the overall management and administrative activities of the Network both at the Regional Secretariat and national chapter levels. The Executive Director reports to the Administrative Board Committee on all matters regarding the administration of the Network arising before the general meetings of the ATPS Board of Governors which are either beyond the mandate of the Secretariat Management to address effectively or for which the Board’s guidance is required by the Secretariat Management. The Executive Director and the Finance and Administration Manager seat on the Committee as ex-Officio members.
